Yes, under the 2018 Farm Bill, Congress defined hemp as cannabis containing no more than 0.3% delta-9 THC by dry weight. This law made it legal to sell hemp-derived THC edibles in 46 states, US Virgin Islands, Guam, America Samoa, Puerto Rico and Northern Mariana Islands - as long as they stay within that 0.3% limit.

Utah: 10mg THC seltzers and THC gummies are not permissible. 5mg THC seltzers, CBD gummies containing less than 10mg of THC, mushroom gummies and non-alcoholic Cornbread Social Spritz beverages are permissible and can be shipped to customers. 

Products containing any amount of THC are not permissible and cannot be shipped to US military bases. 

Cornbread Hemp mushroom gummies and non-alcoholic Cornbread Social Spritz beverages do not contain CBD, THC or any psychoactive ingredients. There are no restrictions on these products and Cornbread Hemp is authorized to ship to all 50 states, US Virgin Islands, Guam, Puerto Rico, America Samoa and Northern Mariana Islands.
